Mi Smart Remote Control
The Mi Smart Remote Control is a modern and stylish remote control solution for your ceiling fan and light that provides three fan speeds, light control (with dimming support) and optional smartphone app control.

- Light On/Off control for non-dimmable lights.
- Light Dimming controls for dimmable lights
- Optional Smartphone App allows you to control your ceiling fan from your phone and provides additional fan timer controls

What’s included
The Mi Smart Remote Control includes the remote control handset, wall plate and remote control receiver. The remote control receiver is a smart receiver and allows the ceiling fan to also be controlled via smartphones by downloading a freely available app
Smartphone App
There is no limit to the number of fans you can control within the app and there is no limit to the number of smart devices that can control a Mi Smart fan.
Warranty
The Mi Smart Remote control is covered by a 12 month on-site warranty for defects and manufacturing faults with the remote receiver. Where there is a fault or defect with the hand piece in the first 12 months, a replacement unit will be supplied which can be paired to the existing remote receiver without requiring an electrician.

Shipping
When you place an order on our store, it will be shipped in under 5 businesss days (usually sooner). Customers living in metro areas should expect to see their items within 5 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation after dispatch with your full tracking information to see where your order is. Defective Returns - In the unlikely event you find a problem with your product, please contact us ASAP via our email above or chat to us and we will assist you with either a return or replacement.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at hello@wovenspace.com.au
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos hello@wovenspace.com.au and we will resolve the issue for you.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
