Weave Emerson Floor Rug - Feather
Soft underfoot, the thick woven threads of the Emerson create a beautiful textured pattern, ideal for bringing warmth into your home.
Handwoven by artisans, the textural depth and interest of the Emerson is created by interlacing yarns of loosely spun New Zealand wool and viscose. Our Feather colourway combines raw wool with a touch of charcoal tones to create an overall soft grey look.
This luxuriously thick rug is ideal for use in a bedroom or sitting room but is not suited to use in high traffic areas like under the dining table or in an entrance hall.
The Emerson is a handwoven chunky textured plain floor rug consisting of 60% Wool and 40% Viscose, measuring 2m x 3m, and features a full cotton backing and edging for improved longevity and wear.
We recommend treating spots and spills immediately with warm water and paper towel. If the stain persists, contact a professional rug cleaner as soon as possible. Do not scrub rugs as it may cause permanent pile damage. Vacuum regularly with low suction power. Avoid direct sunlight. Regularly rotate your rug to ensure even wear. Use professional rug cleaners only. Shedding of fibres from new rugs is to be expected and will reduce with time.
Shipping
When you place an order on our store, it will be shipped in under 5 businesss days (usually sooner). Customers living in metro areas should expect to see their items within 5 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation after dispatch with your full tracking information to see where your order is. Defective Returns - In the unlikely event you find a problem with your product, please contact us ASAP via our email above or chat to us and we will assist you with either a return or replacement.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at hello@wovenspace.com.au
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos hello@wovenspace.com.au and we will resolve the issue for you.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
