Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you receive an item in a damaged condition or does not function as it should due to a manufacturing problem, email hello@wovenspace.com.au with pictures or videos of the problem and our team will assist you further.
Damaged in transit
Send photos or videos of damages by email to hello@wovenspace.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item and our team will assist you further. Please include photos of the box and the damage on the item.
Change of mind
Change your mind? No problem.
You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. We require it to be sent in the same condition received i.e. brand new in the original packaging / box. A credit will be issued in the form of a store credit less the shipping cost to you. Wovenspace does not cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse. We charge a 15% restocking fee for change of mind returns.
The limitations of our refund and change of mind policy is:
- Excludes Weave Rugs and products (as free samples are provided in advance).
Order cancellation
If your order has been cancelled for any reason, we will process a refund to the same card that you have been charged. Please note that these refunds can take anywhere between 1 to 5 business days. The timeframe is not something we have any control over. If after 5 business days you find that the monies still do not appear in your account, please contact us so we can follow up with the bank and payment gateway.
